eBay Seller Survey 2025 – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over with a valid eBay.com.au account who have completed at least one sale on eBay. Employees of eBay Australia, SEC Newgate Research, and their immediate families are ineligible.
- Entry Process: To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the full survey and provide a valid email address and/or mobile number at the end of the survey. Only one entry per person is permitted.
- Prize Details: Five winners will be randomly selected to receive a prepaid Visa gift card valued at AUD $100 each. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Participants who submitted a video as part of their survey response will also be entered into a separate random prize draw to win a AUD $500 Visa gift card. This draw is in addition to the five $100 gift cards available to all survey participants.
- Draw Details: The draw will take place at SEC Newgate Research’s Melbourne office within 10 business days of survey closure. The winners will be notified via email and/or text message and must respond within 10 business days to claim their prize. A redraw will occur for any unclaimed prizes.
- Privacy: Contact details provided for the prize draw will be stored separately from survey responses and used solely for the purpose of administering the draw. All survey responses remain anonymous and are used for research purposes only.
- Compliance: The prize draw complies with relevant legislation across all Australian states and territories. Where required, winner details may be disclosed to state lottery departments.
